What we address

Slow Recovery
Injuries and training that used to bounce back — no longer do

Energy Crashes
Fatigue that hits mid-day or mid-workout without warning

Declining Output
Strength, endurance, or mental sharpness that's quietly slipping

Hormonal Decline
Testosterone, growth hormone, and vitality markers quietly falling

Our Philosophy

Performance Isn’t

Just for Athletes.

Whether you run a company, raise a family, train competitively, or all three — your body's ability to keep pace with your life is a clinical issue, not a willpower one. Hormonal decline, mitochondrial fatigue, and poor recovery aren't signs of getting older. They're signs of a system that needs support. We have the tools to provide it.

What We See

Signs Your Body Is Asking for Support

These are the patterns we see most often in high-performing individuals who've started to notice a gap between where they are and where they want to be. None of them are inevitable — and most have identifiable, addressable causes.

Slow Recovery

Muscle soreness that lingers for days, injuries that won't fully heal, and a body that no longer bounces back the way it once did. Often tied to hormonal decline, nutrient depletion, and mitochondrial inefficiency.

Energy Crashes

Afternoon fatigue, mid-workout drops, and a dependence on stimulants just to get through the day. Blood sugar dysregulation, adrenal stress, and low testosterone are common drivers.

Declining Strength & Endurance

Training the same way you always have — but getting less from it. Loss of muscle mass, reduced VO2 max, and slower progress are often hormonal before they're physical.

Mental Fog & Reduced Focus

Cognitive sharpness that used to be a competitive advantage — now inconsistent. NAD+ depletion, hormonal shifts, and poor sleep architecture are frequent contributors.

Poor Sleep Quality

Falling asleep easily but not feeling rested. Waking at 2–3am. Sleep is when the body repairs — when it's disrupted, recovery, performance, and cognition all suffer downstream.

Body Composition Changes

Gaining fat, losing muscle — even without changes in diet or training. Testosterone, cortisol, and insulin dynamics are usually at the center of this pattern.

How we help

Precision Tools for Serious Performance.

We don't assume. We test, listen, and build a picture of what your body is actually doing — then select the tools that address it. What's listed here is what's available across our practice, not what every client will need.

Foundation
01

BHRT — Testosterone & Hormonal Optimization

Testosterone decline is one of the most underdiagnosed performance limiters in men over 35. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy restores testosterone — and the broader hormonal environment — to levels that support strength, recovery, cognitive function, libido, and body composition. Dosed and monitored based on comprehensive labs.

  • Testosterone restoration and optimization
  • Full hormonal panel baseline
  • Ongoing monitoring and adjustment
  • Supports muscle, cognition, and recovery
Cellular Energy

NAD+ IV Therapy

NAD+ is a coenzyme essential to mitochondrial function, cellular energy production, and DNA repair. Levels decline with age and with high-output lifestyles. IV delivery bypasses the digestive system for direct cellular uptake — supporting energy metabolism, recovery, and mental clarity in ways oral supplements can't replicate.

  • Mitochondrial function and energy production
  • Cognitive clarity and mental performance
  • Accelerates cellular repair post-training
  • Supports sleep quality and recovery depth

Peptide Therapy

Performance-specific peptides target recovery, tissue repair, growth hormone secretion, and fat metabolism with precision that general supplements can't match. BPC-157 for injury healing, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin for growth hormone support, and others are selected based on your specific performance goals and clinical picture.

  • Injury healing and tissue repair (BPC-157)
  • Growth hormone support and optimization
  • Enhanced muscle recovery post-training
  • Fat metabolism and body composition
Body Composition
04

GLP-1 Weight & Body Composition

For performance clients where body composition is part of the picture, GLP-1 therapy — used alongside nutrition and training — can shift fat mass, improve insulin sensitivity, and change the metabolic environment in ways that support both aesthetics and output. Always used in a clinical context, not as a standalone solution.

  • Reduces fat mass while preserving muscle
  • Improves insulin sensitivity
  • Supports metabolic health long-term
  • Paired with nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Injury & Joint Recovery
05

Peptide Therapy

Prolozone combines ozone therapy with regenerative compounds injected directly into injured or painful joints and soft tissues. It stimulates the body's repair response, reduces inflammation, and supports tissue regeneration — making it particularly valuable for athletes and active individuals dealing with chronic or slow-to-heal injuries.

  • Targeted joint and soft tissue repair
  • Reduces chronic inflammatory pain
  • Stimulates local regenerative response
  • Effective for knees, shoulders, hips, spine

Advanced Performance Testing

Performance optimization without data is guesswork. For clients where testing is appropriate, we offer advanced panels that assess testosterone and full hormonal status, mitochondrial function markers, inflammatory load, nutrient deficiencies, and metabolic health — giving us a precise foundation for the plan we build.

  • Full testosterone and hormonal panel
  • Mitochondrial and energy markers
  • Inflammatory and recovery indicators
  • Metabolic and insulin health
Your Journey

From Plateau To Potential

We start with where you are — not where you think you should be. Your provider will build a plan around your biology, your goals, and your timeline.

Consultation

We assess your current performance, recovery patterns, history, and goals.

Regular reassessment as your body responds and your goals evolve.

Who is this for

You’ve Still Got More in the Tank.

Our performance clients are typically high-functioning people who've noticed a decline they can't explain — and aren't willing to accept it as inevitable. If that's you, you're in the right place.

  • Men 35–60 noticing declining energy or strength

  • Athletes experiencing slower recovery than before

  • High performers dealing with fatigue or brain fog

  • Anyone with chronic injuries that won't fully resolve

  • Men whose testosterone hasn't been properly evaluated

  • Anyone who wants data before making decisions about their health

What to Expect

A clinically grounded conversation about your performance, your labs, and a plan built around what we find — not what we assume.

Consultation

We take a full history — performance, recovery, energy, sleep, libido, body composition. The whole picture.

Testing

Advanced hormonal and performance panels when indicated. Results reviewed in a dedicated follow-up appointment.

Protocol

A personalized plan — which may include BHRT, peptides, IV therapy, prolozone, or a combination. Nothing recommended that isn't indicated.

Ongoing

Optimization is not a one-time event. We reassess and adjust as your body responds and your goals shift.
Questions

What Performance Clients Ask First

Is testosterone therapy safe long-term?

Bioidentical testosterone therapy, properly dosed and monitored, is considered safe for most men when managed clinically. The key is ongoing lab monitoring and dosage adjustment — which is built into how we prescribe it. We don't hand off a prescription and disappear.

I'm already active and eat well — can you still help?

Often yes. Many of our performance clients are doing everything right and still hitting a ceiling. The ceiling is usually hormonal or cellular — not behavioral. Advanced testing often reveals the gap between effort and output.

What's the difference between peptides and TRT?

Testosterone replacement directly restores hormone levels. Peptides work differently — they send signals that trigger the body's own production or repair processes. They're not interchangeable, and they're often used together. Your provider will explain what's appropriate for your specific picture.

Do you work with competitive athletes?

Yes, though we ask about competitive status and governing body rules before recommending anything. Some compounds we offer are prohibited in certain competitive sports. We'll always have that conversation before proceeding.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with Affirm and Cherry to offer flexible financing options. Your consultation is always complimentary, and we'll walk you through investment and payment options before you commit to anything.
